A couple of business lending wins recently!

Two different business credit cases, both supported through the main banks — and both a good reminder that a strong application is more than just the numbers. One involved funding to purchase a franchise, and the other involved funding to support the purchase of an established business.

Some of the key strengths in these applications were:

• Relevant industry experience of the business owners
• Deposit contribution from the owners
• A well-prepared and comprehensive business plan
• A clear understanding of the business, its cashflow and plans for the future

Another missed opportunity turned into a success story. ⭐
