🏡✨ Another special whānau win!

This whānau reached out to me after initially speaking directly with their bank about purchasing their second property.

From our very first conversation to finding their new home all within two weeks! 🙌🏽 Everything happened so quickly, but I’m so proud of this whānau and what they’ve achieved.

What makes this one extra special is that we were able to structure the purchase with less than a 30% deposit, using the right lending strategy and exploring options beyond what they were initially offered by their bank.

And the best part? They’re not stopping at two! 🔥🏡

So excited to be part of their property journey and help them continue building their portfolio.

This year’s theme was Pacific, and our motivational speaker spoke about the power of “10 Seconds of Courage”a reminder that sometimes it only takes a moment of courage to step outside your comfort zone and back yourself.

Feeling incredibly grateful and humbled to be finalist for Rookie of the Year, after only one year as a Mortgage Adviser. 🥹🙏🏽

It’s been a year of learning, growth, challenges and plenty of moments that have pushed me outside my comfort zone so this recognition means a lot.

Today we had our mid-winter Christmas team bonding for advisers.
The idea behind the day was to bring team advisers working together and learn how to lean on each other's strengths.

We were given one mission... get out of an escape room within an hour.

There were plenty of laughs, a few moments where we got completely stuck, and lots of celebrating when we finally cracked the last clue.

I'm happy to say... we made it out with 2 minutes to spare! 🎉

Such a fun way to spend time together as a team.
