Happy Father's Day to my Dad, and all the other dads out there! 🛠️

My Dad started my DIY education early renovating two houses, then building our family home with his own Dad, neither of them professional builders. The good ol' days, but they actually did a really good job!

The DIY genes came through strong in me when I bought my own place and became a DIY demon! Since then I've renovated and sold three houses, and I'm already excited for the next project.

The OCR just went up again - to 2.75%.

Headline inflation is sitting at 4.1%, but strip out fuel prices and it's 2.9%, back within the target band. This is the Reserve Bank easing off the brakes gradually, not slamming on the brakes in a panic.
