Although she never expected to find herself in the insurance industry, she's discovered a real passion for helping clients and supporting the team. Carolyn thrives on the variety her role brings, with no two days ever being the same. From tackling new challenges to ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, she loves the fast-paced nature of her work.

Meet Liezel!

Liezel joined OFS in 2023 as a Client Account Administrator shortly after making the life-changing move from South Africa to New Zealand.

As part of our Processing Team, Liezel plays an important role in processing client renewals and policy changes, helping ensure clients have the right insurance cover in place for the year ahead.

She loves being part of such a supportive team and is enjoying expanding her knowledge of the insurance industry with the encouragement and guidance of her colleagues.
