The age-old question, what comes first? The chicken or the egg?

Normally you want to get the Egg (Finance) first. But given the current market restrictions we’re being forced, in most cases to go find yourselves a Chicken (Property) to hopefully allow us to achieve the Egg (Finance). It also mostly applies to your first Chicken (Property), but even those acquiring a 2nd, 3rd or 20th Chicken (Property), you may need to find it before the Egg (Finance) can be obtained.
