We recently completed funding on this high-quality residential development in Canterbury.

Vincent Capital provided a streamlined, tailored facility structured under a 70% loan-to-value ratio, omitting the standard requirements for a formal valuation or quantity surveyor reports.

Our decision to fund this project was based on the developer's strong delivery history. Despite this being our first transaction together, the project was successfully completed ahead of schedule and within budget, with the final build quality exceeding the initial architectural concepts.
