ITS BEEN A HOT BUSY ONE 🥵🥵🥵

Monday saw me submit two applications for my clients;

First Time Buyers (FTB)
£5K deposit application with high street lender, offer issued by Friday post valuation ✅

Homemovers
Found their dream home to move closer to family. 🫶🏼

Followed by my PT with Ellie Taylor | Personal Trainer in the evening! 💪

Tuesday; an early morning gym session followed by a full squad meeting for HFA - Mortgage & Protection discussing all things Q1 and the plans for Q2. I’ve had a fantastic year so far and I’m incredibly grateful to each and every single client, every recommendation. It honestly means the world 🌍

Wednesday saw an early start at TriFit HQ for Ellie Taylor | Personal Trainer ‘s Peach and Pull session 🍑💪✨
Followed by keeping cool and submitting another 2 applications;

FTB buying their first home after weeks of searching.
10% deposit, free valuation and £500 cashback ✅

Homemovers who’ve found their forever family home and have had their offer accepted, application submitted for them with a great product at less than 60% LTV. 🙌🏻

Thursday saw an early morning 🌅 run club with Kate Ashurst - it was so hot 🥵, home to get showered and ready for James’ school production of Shrek the Musical 💚 and in the afternoon, another applications submitted;

FTB CONCESSIONARY PURCHASE,
Client had the opportunity to purchase a family members home at a discounted price but needed some work doing. Was able to use their discount as their deposit and then use their deposit savings to renovate the property. ✅

Last but not least, Friday rolls round - one last application submitted for some wonderful homemovers looking to move areas to be in the catchment area for their dream primary school for their child.

I also had a Track Record 100% mortgage completed for my clients who’ve been renting and was able to access the wonderful 100% product meaning no deposit required 💸

What a week though! It’s chaos but I love every single minute of it 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Hello July! ☀️

It’s been a busy start to the month already! It was my eldest James’ 7th birthday last Monday and my birthday (I’ll not tell you how old though!) on Friday last week. 🎂 🎈

Huge shout out to Brunchello for being just gorgeous and getting me a card and balloon for my birthday brunch on Friday! It was lovely and so nice as I had James’ awards presentation in the morning at his school and Jacob’s poetry performance in the afternoon so brunch out with Mr L was so nice! 🥰

I’ve submitted a few applications before the weekend and another couple today, one with a £5,000 deposit using Halifax Bank low deposit scheme! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

✅ no valuation fee

Client is delighted after a bit of negotiation with the estate agents we managed to secure their dream first home and get their application submitted within a few hours of the offer being accepted! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

It’s Monday, it’s raining and I had a little James Lowe up 12am-4am last night. ☔️ 😴

LOTS OF COFFEE TODAY ☕️ ☕️ ☕️

Working from home today to get 4 applications submitted for my clients; one homemover who has sold their first home and is buying a forever family home, one remortgage for a client who was worried about rate increases but was delighted to find their payment has increased by £20 per month rather than the £100+ they were expecting. I’ve got a help to buy remortgage to pay off an equity loan and finally a first time buyer who’s had their offer accepted on their first home. 🏡🏡🏡🏡

It’s still very busy in Mortgage Land and I was absolutely over the moon to receive these flowers and card (with a photo bomb from my office manager for today 😅) from my clients. 🫶🏼🩷

FRIDAY COMPLETION DAY 🥳

I absolutely love getting completion day photos but this one’s a little extra special ✨

It has been a pleasure helping these two who have been working with me for the last 12 months to get ready to buy their first home. They’ve worked so hard to save up their deposit and today they get their keys to their first home! I could not be prouder - the best part of the job is getting that mortgage offer issued and seeing the absolute joy from clients when they get their keys! 🔑 🏡
