Called into my clients new house earlier this afternoon after they Completed yesterday, been a long process due to the sellers changing something on their part of the chain which made the process even longer but we got them over the line and they are all sorted now ….. I’ve known this Client personally for years and years and it’s heart warming seeing them now a home owner and starting the new chapter in their life and ready to make this house a lovey home for herself….she already had her dad painting the front room and getting ready to move furniture in the next few days…. That’s what family’s are for 😂😂😂

First full week back after an amazing holiday in Orlando, was back Thursday so catching up Friday with a quick client meeting in the middle of the day but this is the first full week back in the office

Thinking over the weekend what drives me on and it goes without saying that giving 100% for my clients is top but my reward from this is being able to look forward to my next holiday

Back in the day when I started work alot of negotioations and meetings happened in pubs and bars, with the Technology we have available to us now this has gradually faded out....... well today Im going Old school ....... Said to Client " I need to catch up with you to get some signed documents and gop through some paperwork"......he said the magic words..... "Do you want to go for a pint and sort it" 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

Busy week at the Pinsa mortgage factory 😂😂😂….. 2 completions at the end of the week….

Young First time Buying couple who started their Mortgage journey in November, hit a legal issue with the 1st property and then found a “more perfect” house close by, quick flip of the application and started the journey again…. Finally over the line today and wishing them many years of happiness In Their new home…

2nd one was a mover, family situation forced house sale And a very smooth application… even helped this client to get her some empty boxes but stopped at carry them 😂😂😂

Great to see 2 people taking their first home Owner steps and also a young family moving in to a new property to make even More memories in their new home….
