📈 Mortgage Rates – Should You Be Worried?

Today I attended Nationwide’s Economic Outlook webinar, which provided some interesting insights into what could lie ahead for the UK economy and mortgage market.

One of the key takeaways was the possibility of up to FOUR interest rate rises over the next 12 months. 📊

Now, before anyone starts to panic… DON’T! 😊

These are forecasts, not certainties, and a lot can change over the coming months.

However, it does highlight why being proactive with your mortgage is so important.

🏡 If your current mortgage deal is due to expire within the next 3–6 months, now is a great time to get in touch.

We can review your options, explore what’s available and potentially secure a new deal ahead of your current rate ending.

And importantly, depending on the lender and product, we may be able to review your options again if more competitive rates become available before your new deal starts.

My advice? Don’t panic, but don’t leave things until the last minute either.

Today I’ve been hosting a pop-up Will Writing Surgery at Quorum Park, helping people take those important steps towards protecting their families and planning for the future.

I always enjoy spending time here. The modern office space, relaxed atmosphere and fantastic facilities make it a great place to work and meet people.
