**Important Update - this page will be changing** apologies for the long post but there is much to tell and explain to all my lovely clients! I will be messaging this individually also with new email addresses and contact details! **

A Change in the way JC Financial will operate in 2025.

At the end of 2023 I started the process of disbanding the large business JC Financial had evolved into. I had the view to bring JC back to a more customer focused operation. I made the decision to change and realign JC back to my original aims and ethos.

During the growth years JC experienced many successes which meant I had to unwillingly sacrifice client relations over business performance . This was not a decision I wanted to make but one that was forced upon me by regulatory changes, specifically the Senior Risk Management directive issued by the FCA.

The task of disbanding and deauthorising JC was a difficult one and it has been dogged with many personal and professional challenges along the way.

The task of bringing JC back to its original mortgage company aims took longer than I anticipated. Sadly In 2024 my mum (who many of you will remember as June the office administrator ) was diagnosed as having terminal cancer. 2024 was a challenging year for me mentally and so I was unable to provide advice or administer queries like I used too.

I sincerely apologise for any problems or inconvenience that this may have caused any of clients. The shift in my priorities meant I had to take some time out.

2025 will be the year that I can consolidate all my professional efforts and decisions and is the right time to come back to my clients with the service they deserve and I used to be able to deliver.

In 2025 I am delighted to announce I will work alongside David Spoor at Green Door Mortgage Solutions.

David is an excellent partner who shares my integrity and passion for this business and our ultimate aim is to create a sustainable client focused business with an emphasis on quality and customer care.

This business page will change its name. My contact email address will change but my mobile number will remain the same.

It’s fair to say that 2023 has been a strange year for mortgages!

Rates are higher than they have been in years.

Still as busy as ever here at JC reviewing all my clients Mortgage and Protection needs.
