Marianne, our Community Investment Lead, and Nicola from The Business Hub Work Experience CIC have been bringing businesses on The Point together, starting with a coffee morning at Newcombe House.

The idea is simple.

Get to know our neighbours, make new connections and see what we can do together to create more opportunities for people locally, especially young people looking for valuable work experience.

We’re making some improvements to our Market Harborough Branch, which means the branch will temporarily close from Monday 19 October.

AI is everywhere right now, but how can charities actually make it useful?

At our latest Charity Connect, Michelle Williams from Meesh Consulting Ltd helped our local charities get to grips with AI and explore how they could use it effectively within their organisations.

The focus was simple: making AI feel less daunting and more useful.
