My clients are fundraising for the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital to help support children and their families going through bone marrow transplants.

Children spend 6 - 12 weeks in Isolation, and the money will massively help to improve the facilities and resources for the children and their families.

It will help provide equipment, activities, entertainment and comfort items at a really difficult time in their lives.

A slightly different type of work meeting today but very much needed time away from the stress of chasing rates, research, down valuations and application submissions.

Learning about the importance of sleep with the lovely Dr Sophie Bostock and also learning breathing techniques to help reduce life's day to day stresses.

A Little reminder that life isn't all about work and to take that time out when it's needed!! Even a 20 minute nap during the day was encouraged 🤣
