Scammers can make messages and calls look convincing, so it helps to know what genuine contact from us looks like.

If we contact you, we may ask you some questions to confirm your identity, but we’ll never ask for your Leek Online password. If we contact you, you can always take a moment to check it’s really us.

• Call us back using the number on our website or your account documents
• Visit your local branch and speak to a member of our team
• Take your time - you don’t need to act straight away

If something doesn’t feel right, stop and check before sharing any information.

Pedal power for a great local cause!

Our team at our Leek Derby Street branch are getting active this August as they take on 3 Million Steps, alongside a bikeathon to raise money for Haregate Community Centre in Leek on Wednesday 19 August and Friday 28 August.

Haregate Community Centre supports local families who need a helping hand, from essentials to activities for children.

So, whether we’re walking, cycling or probably wondering why we signed up in the first place… we’re doing our bit to raise money and have some fun along the way!

We’d really appreciate your support! Whether you’re able to donate, sponsor the team or simply cheer them on, every bit of support will mean a lot.
