In my eyes sport can play a great part in developing children. Because of this and with our focus on family protection I am delighted to help team X-CEL with their new kit which looks amazing.

Representing ‘Inclusivity’ in football.

This kit represents something personal!

There’s 1 particular person who inspired me to start X-CEL and it was my daughter.

My little girl was the first Lawton girl born in my family for as far as we can remember and go back.

At just 2 years old she showed an interest in football & by the time she was 4/5, despite none of her friends been interested the love for playing football has grown even more.

She questioned over a few months if she could ever be in a team because she was a little girl.

From there our u6 group was born, we were determined to show her that she belonged in football, in the game she loves. The amazing thing about this X-CEL group, is not one of the kids at any game or session has mentioned Ivy being a girl 🙌🏼.

It can be a tough road for girls in what can be seen as a males game, so this kit represents inclusivity and girls having a place in football.

Anyone and everyone can play football and everyone deserves an opportunity.

I’m proud of this one ❤️.

Massive thanks for all the birthday wishes and love. The times they are changing....

30th Birthday = 4 days on tour
40th Birthday = night in Manchester and day at a Beer Festival
50th Birthday = Breathwork and cold water session with Kev . Kev is the Daddy on these subjects and it was an amazing morning. I'd recommend this to everyone.

One of my life insurance policies includes a free 24/7 online GP service. So instead of waiting for an appointment and then going to the clinic I thought I'd give it a try.
I called at 3pm and was offered a 9pm appt 😃.
I couldn't make 9pm so went for 9am the next morning - sat on the sofa, with the dog and a coffee, finished by 9.15am! That's saved me waiting however long it would take to get an appt and then maybe 90 mins getting to the surgery and back.
Winner!
Next time I might do the appt in my pants, but I won't post about it 😃
