Major success today! 😃

After renting for years, my clients were recently served notice by their landlord and told they needed to vacate their home.

Understandably, they were worried, especially as they hadn’t quite managed to save enough for a standard 5% deposit.

I’m delighted to say I was able to secure them a mortgage with just a £5,000 deposit — less than 5% — making homeownership possible sooner than they thought.

They’re absolutely over the moon and can now look forward to buying their very first home! 🏡
