6) Submit your mortgage application
Your advisor will help submit the full application and collect the necessary documents.
7) Valuation & Underwriting
The lender checks the property’s value and your documents.
8) Mortgage Offer Issued
Once approved, the formal offer is sent to you and your solicitor.
9) Legal Work & Searches
Your solicitor checks everything is in order – land, ownership, and local searches etc.
10) Exchange Contracts
Everything’s signed and legally binding – time to plan your move!
11) Completion Day!
You get the keys and officially become a homeowner 🏠🔑
