Time to relax after one of my busiest weeks so far this year.

I had the pleasure of being invited to the ladies lunch hosted in partnership by Sailors’ Children’s Society and the HEY Smile Foundation. (Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.

With only 3 days in the business this week, I also managed to squeeze in 👇🏻

🏡 4 mortgage completions – helping clients secure their homes
📄 4 new Agreements in Principle – giving customers the confidence to start their home buying journey
✍️ 3 new mortgage applications submitted to lenders
🤝 Ongoing support for clients with existing applications to keep everything progressing smoothly

Helping people move one step closer to owning their home is what it’s all about.

And what topped my week was my clients who took time to thank me with messages, cards and the most amazing gifts! .within1978 I can not wait to get booked in!

Big thank you to Gosschalks Solicitors today for hosting me and Craig Towle - Mortgage & Protection Specialist We was invited in to speak about our role as mortgage brokers and how we support clients through the home buying and remortgage process. What really stood out was how much Gosschalks genuinely care about their staff — bringing in external professionals like myself and Craig to provide guidance and support around mortgages and financial wellbeing is such a proactive approach.

Thank you to HSBC for a great mortgage event this morning, I got so much more from it than I expected (and I’m not talking about the speeding ticket I got on the M62).

Networking on the paddle court afterwards was also fantastic. Thank you for introducing me to paddle Jessica Nabozny , Craig Towle & Andrew.
3 none work related things I’ve learnt today.
👉 Paddle is not paddle boarding so my wetsuit suit wasn’t required
👉 Craig Towle is actually a good coach
👉 Paddle is not my hidden talent
