MYTH BUSTED: "I've just started a new job, so I have to wait 6 months before I can get a mortgage." 🚫
Good news: that is simply NOT true! 🥳
While high-street bank branches often prefer 3 to 6 months of payslips, independent brokers work with flexible lenders:
👉 Day-One Acceptances: Many lenders accept applications on day one of your new role if it's in a similar industry.
👉 Signed Contracts Accepted: Apply using a signed employment contract up to 3 months before your official start date.
👉 Probation Periods: Probation is not an automatic deal-breaker when your broker presents your case properly.
