West Vancouver townhome Days on the Market Average is up..... 5200%? From an average of 1 day in February 2025 to 52 days in 2026. Don't believe everything you read, this data is skewed by how few townhomes there are in West Vancouver. If you are curious about YOUR specific neighborhood and what's been going on, give me a call!

Thank you for all the great work you do, and welcome to the family, Cassius Compton Burnett! I got a call on December 22 to head to Bellingham to help this handsome boy, which lead to a long drive at night for the hand off from two women who had driven for 3 days straight, from LA, delivering dogs to foster homes. There’s some behavioral work to do, but Cash loves hugging his people and hanging with the pack. Dogs and friends are the family you choose. I can’t believe the beautiful creatures that end up in high kill shelters in the US. Adopt, don’t shop ❤️

Happy anniversary to my parents, who would have been married 52 years. I’ve been thinking about them a lot today, although I do everyday. I am a product of their faith, courage and willingness to try marriage again, despite “failing” the first time.

Blood Donation 70!!!

I started donating regularly in 2010, but I’m pretty sure my first donation was in 2006. My ultimate goal is 100 donations. I’m happy to see some friends and colleagues are also regular donors. ❤️

One pint (or unit) of donated blood can save up to three lives because it’s separated into red blood cells, plasma, and platelets, with each component given to a different patient needing it for things like surgery, cancer treatment, or trauma care.

Merry Christmas!!

I’m sitting here in my childhood home (you don’t see that much anymore!) with the dogs thinking of my parents on Christmas Eve. I’m sure they are both here, but I miss them so much. When I started tearing up writing this, the candles in front of their urns started crackling like crazy.

They say you can’t know light without darkness. So I’m grateful for this dark year and the glimpses of light that kept me moving forward. While this year has been one of the hardest of my life, I’m grateful for the friendships I’ve cultivated. 2025 is officially a “fertilizer year”.

Ps dogs are never a liability 💕

Had lunch and caught up with a couple of legendary voices/actors whom I’ve had the honor of knowing for 20 plus years. Happy they had me along.
Found a funny old photo of Doron (proof he’s a vampire and never ages) and I in the late 1990s ☺️
