WHY DOES A BATHROOM TAKE WEEKS TO BUILD?
A conventional bathroom brings plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, ceilings, and fixtures into one small space—usually in sequence, usually on site.
Bathroom pods reverse that process.
Instead of building the room piece by piece inside the building, the waterproof base, wall panels, drainage, wiring, ventilation, and fixtures can be completed and tested in a factory before the module arrives.
Then it is moved into position, aligned, and connected through planned service points.
For repeat buildings such as apartments, hotels, and senior living, this can shift complex work away from a crowded jobsite and toward a more controlled, repeatable process.
The future of building is precision, repeated.
