Kurtis first joined us years ago through hiregood.ca and has been a familiar, steady face in our community ever since. Now, he is officially stepping up as a Customer Service Representative at our branch. We are so proud of his journey and so glad to have him continuing to support folks on 107 Ave.

Hope everyone is having a restful Thanksgiving long weekend. Just a quick reminder that our branch at 10805 107 Ave will be closed tomorrow (Monday) for the holiday, but we are back to our regular hours on Tuesday morning from 10 AM to 2 PM.

If anyone needs to cash a cheque, pick up their mail, or get an account set up, we will see you on Tuesday.

Wearing orange today is a simple symbol, but for our teams, the heart behind it runs deep.

Today is about pausing to really listen, honor where people come from, and hold space for the lived experiences within our own team and community. So many of the folks we work alongside bring incredible resilience to work every single shift. Showing up for each other with real care, respect, and open hearts is how we walk this path together.

We are grateful for the trust built within our walls and out on the street. We are committed to listening, learning, and standing by our community today and every day that follows. 🧡
