✨ We need your help for Xave. ✨

Xave has relapsed again. 💔

His team here is looking at MIBG therapy, but deep down I know this won’t be curative for him. Xave has low disease burden, and we know there are options overseas that could give him the best chance at a cure.

Once a spot overseas is secured, we will need to move quickly to get him there for treatment.

He has fought so hard through every step, and he deserves the chance to keep going. To live. To grow up.

We’ve already reached out to:

📍 Penn State
📍 Barcelona
📍 Toronto
and our oncologist has reached out to Rome.

Once again, we will need to try to get government support, as we have exhausted our resources with fundraising over the past few years. We simply cannot do this alone.

Now, more than ever, we need to rally all the support we can to get him there. We will need help to fund travel, treatment, and living costs to give Xave this chance at life.

In welcome news for mortgage holders across the country, the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) has today decided to decrease the cash rate by 0.25% to 3.85%.

This move reflects the RBA's growing confidence that inflation is coming under control. Most notably, trimmed mean inflation for the March 2025 quarter came in at 2.9%, officially within the RBA's target range of 2-3%.

While the RBA is still cautious, this shift suggests a move toward easing monetary policy however there are still factors that the RBA will be watching closely, including:

Global risks, such as Trump's tariff policies, which continue to cast a shadow on global growth, though recent easing of those tensions provides some relief.

Locally, the RBA will be watching labour market strength, with unemployment steady at 4.1% and wage growth edging up to 3.4%, both factors could still contribute to inflation pressure in the medium term.

Whether you're considering refinancing your mortgage to secure better terms or exploring property investment opportunities, now could be an advantageous time to review your financial strategy.

Things have been a bit busy lately 👶 last week Bec and I welcomed our 3rd son Harvey Robert ❤️ Harvey has kept us on our toes from the moment he was born and we are very excited for another possible Finance Broker in the making 😂
