🌟 We’re hiring a Content Creator 🎥
Video + Social. On-site in Adelaide.
And no, this isn’t a “just edit some clips” role.
Brokerage & Co is growing fast. Mortgage broking, finance, strategy.
We need someone who can turn ideas into content people actually want to watch.
This role owns the full stack:
• Concept → script → shoot → edit
• Long-form YouTube and short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Thumbnails, pacing, etc.
• Working directly with our brokers to extract insights that don’t sound scripted
You’re not just an editor. You’re a producer. A translator. A pattern spotter.
You’ll sit in the room and hear a 30-minute conversation about interest rates, and know exactly which 45 seconds will hit.
You understand that what works on LinkedIn is different from TikTok.
You care about retention curves. You test. You refine. You don’t need to be micromanaged.
And because we’re in finance, details matter. Compliance matters. Clarity matters.
If you’ve built short-form before, great. If you’ve made “dry” topics engaging, even better.
Send your showreel. But also tell us how you think about content strategy.
We’re not trying to go viral for a week.
We’re building a brand people trust for years.
