Some really exciting opportunities out there already with our new builds 🏗️🏡🙌 For much of the past few weeks I’ve been on the ground checking in on projects.

✅ Growing areas!
✅ Multiple income streams!
✅ Amazing results for clients 🙌

Despite the critics, I’ve been a champion of new builds as an investment for years, starting with my own personal experience.

The budget last night simply aims to cement it as a great opportunity, and will likely now be one considered by more investors who previously wouldn’t have done so. 🤔

The biggest challenge will be land supply, already such a scarce commodity, and ensuring you are working with a good builder and an experienced team that knows what they are doing. 🏗️
