Buying the wrong investment property can seriously hold you back - sometimes for years! Definitely not a mistake you want to make.

This client came to me through a mortgage broker after already investing in a Sydney apartment that had gone nowhere — 0% growth over 7 years, and plenty of missed opportunities along the way.

We sat down, reviewed her position, and mapped out a smarter plan. As a high-income earner (she owns her own pharmacy), cash flow wasn’t a concern - so we focused on targeting strong capital growth to help balance out that underperforming asset.

We secured a freestanding house on a large 953m² block just 30km from Brisbane CBD. Fast forward 3 years, and the property has grown by an impressive 54.7% - that’s around $360,000 in value.
