The CPF Development Team were recently on site at Windmill Estates, Walloon, to inspect construction progress.

As the photos show, the subdivision has progressed significantly, with roads, footpaths, services and street lighting installed.

The project is currently in the sell-down phase ahead of repayment of the loan facility. Only one lot is left available for sale. The sealing process has commenced with council and titles are expected to be issued in early July.

Walloon First Mortgage remains open for a limited drawdown and may suit investors seeking a shorter-term investment opportunity as the project moves toward completion and loan repayment.
