Thats what we did just now - we ordered a valuation for our client, challenged the existing lender for a discount and won. And thats just one example, we've done this every day this week.

Ok this is an industry rag - so quite jargony and data heavy but the numbers show a rise in younger first home buyers which is great. We had been observing a trend of first home buyers getting older and while we are happy they are getting their homes, I would prefer for them to not have to wait as long, and, am just a tad concerned about how they go into retirement with a mortgage.

Trends also showing movement to more affordable areas - which can be taken a number of ways but the decentralisation is for some of our people a return to slower living and more space for the kids to grow. We are increasingly seeing people move to Bathurst, Orange, and other regional areas chasing a better life.
