Another Saturday Snapshot from the week that was! 🏡

Eight months ago, our clients purchased this property in Manly West with the help of Dustin at Luxe Lending Group.

Since then, they’ve been incredibly busy transforming the property! 🏡

Step 1 – Purchasing the property:

• Purchased a property consisting of two lots on one title
• Dustin assisted with financing the purchase
• Moved the existing home onto the left lot
• Split the title into two separate titles
• Created a vacant block ready for a brand-new home to be built
• Completely transformed the existing home, with major renovations well underway

Step 2 – Financing the new build:

• Dustin has now assisted the clients with financing the construction of their brand-new home on the vacant block
• Helping them take the next step in bringing their vision to life

This was the first time our clients had taken on a project like this, and Dustin has been proud to assist with the finance and guide them through the lending side of the process from the initial purchase through to the next stage of their journey.

The transformation is already incredible, and we can't wait to see the finished result! 🏗️👏

And after four years… the Patrons finally got the win! 🏆
