There are families in Brisbane right now who are doing everything right.
Working hard. Showing up. Giving their kids every opportunity they can.
And sometimes that still is not enough to cover school fees.
This is why every year, as part of our Madd Initiatives, we donate to the Terry Hendle Bursary at Villanova College.
George walked those halls. He will tell you that what Villanova gave him was not just an education. It was the belief that it does not matter where you start. What matters is the people around you and the work you are willing to put in.
Every boy in that school deserves to be there regardless of what his family can afford. This scholarship is our small way of making sure that stays true.
To the families this has reached over the years, we hope it made a difference. 💚
