In case you missed it, Trilogy Funds has opened the Trilogy Northern Logistics Fund (Fund) to investment.

We have issued the Information Memorandum for the Fund and opened a capital raise of approximately $23.7 million for investors to subscribe for units in the Fund. The proceeds of the capital raise will be used to acquire 16 Dawson Street, East Arm.

The Fund is our latest wholesale investment opportunity and is targeting a ~12.50%^ p.a. IRR and ~7.85%^ p.a. average income yield. The East Arm asset is a 100% occupied, high-quality logistics facility positioned within a premier industrial and freight precinct, offering a compelling combination of income and structural growth drivers.

Trilogy Funds has today opened the Trilogy Northern Logistics Fund (Fund) to investment.
