Every property comes with a compromise.

A viewing doesn't begin when a buyer steps inside.

It begins when they turn into the street.

They notice the neighbouring properties. The pavement. The boundary wall. The gate. The garden. The path to the front door.

By the time they walk inside, they're already forming an impression of the property.

That doesn't mean everything needs to be immaculate.

It means the approach to your home deserves the same attention as the rooms you've spent time preparing.
