Nicole moved to Elmendorf AFB (JBER) in 1990 when her mother was stationed in Alaska. Being a military family, she moved every 1-3 years traveling to places such as Japan (where she was born), Italy and many fun states all over the US. Moving around so much helped her develop the skills needed to make friends quickly, as well as keep them over long distances. She developed a knack for finding a wa

y to connect with people on a deeper level. She is married to an amazing Alaskan man, and they have two awesome kiddos who she is madly in love with. There is never a dull moment in her household and it’s not uncommon for a family-wide wrestling match to break out on almost a daily basis. Her family is all super competitive…all the way down to little Lexi, who loves dog piling on top. Nicole started in the mortgage industry back in 2002 as a receptionist, working her way into loan processing, then to originating in 2012. Spending years on the operations side of the business taught her how to think ahead when structuring loans for her clients. Her extensive processing and underwriting background gave her the knowledge and understanding of how important it is to structure a deal properly upfront to ensure a smooth transaction. She is very passionate when it comes to the clients and referrals partners that she serves. If you want someone who you can count on caring about you as a person and not just another client, Nicole’s definitely your person.

This one is such a fun full-circle story!

Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to help a buyer purchase a home from these clients.

Fast forward a few months, and I got to help the sellers step into the buyer seat and purchase their next home together! 🥹🔑

One of my favorite parts of this job is the relationships that are built along the way. These two have such great personalities and genuinely made the process FUN on my side. 😊
