Nicole moved to Elmendorf AFB (JBER) in 1990 when her mother was stationed in Alaska. Being a military family, she moved every 1-3 years traveling to places such as Japan (where she was born), Italy and many fun states all over the US. Moving around so much helped her develop the skills needed to make friends quickly, as well as keep them over long distances. She developed a knack for finding a way to connect with people on a deeper level. She is married to an amazing Alaskan man, and they have two awesome kiddos who she is madly in love with. There is never a dull moment in her household and it’s not uncommon for a family-wide wrestling match to break out on almost a daily basis. Her family is all super competitive…all the way down to little Lexi, who loves dog piling on top. Nicole started in the mortgage industry back in 2002 as a receptionist, working her way into loan processing, then to originating in 2012. Spending years on the operations side of the business taught her how to think ahead when structuring loans for her clients. Her extensive processing and underwriting background gave her the knowledge and understanding of how important it is to structure a deal properly upfront to ensure a smooth transaction. She is very passionate when it comes to the clients and referrals partners that she serves. If you want someone who you can count on caring about you as a person and not just another client, Nicole’s definitely your person.

Some closings just hit a little differently, and this was definitely one of them! 🥹

These sweet first-time homebuyers worked SO hard to reach this milestone, and getting to celebrate alongside them as they officially became homeowners was something special!

The happy tears, the excitement, and knowing just how much this moment meant to their family made it one we'll remember for a long time. ❤️

We couldn't be happier for this wonderful family and all the memories they're about to make in their very first home!

This one was a pretty special opportunity!

We've had the pleasure of helping this client purchase multiple properties over the years, along with several of his family members, so getting to work together again means a lot!

They purchased a piece of land, waited for the right time, and partnered with Arctic Valley Construction to build a fourplex investment property. We were so excited to help him with the refinance and be another small part of his real estate journey!

It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood! 🏡❤️

Had such a fun time supporting VBR and RPAC! This year’s Mr. Rogers theme brought out some seriously creative outfits, and it was so fun seeing everyone get into the spirit of things. 😂
