If there’s anything I’ve learned is life does not wait! Opportunities and emergencies don’t usually happen on your savings timeline and having quick access to your own equity gives you leverage when life throws something at you — good or bad. I have HELOC options that can fund in 3–7 days. Just fast access to your equity when you need it and no need to refinance!

Let me help you save money on your property taxes and appeals process!!

1) Go check your exemptions and see if you qualify!

2) Remember - Appraisals can be expensive! On a $500K home it would take roughly $75K of a drop in value to save $1000 in property taxes - which is right around the costs of a single family appraisal. If you are filing an appeal - call me and let’s use other resources to get comparable sales in your neighborhood to submit an appeal.

😇 🎄 Angel Tree 2025 🎄 😇
You Give. I Shop. Together, We Make Magic.

Every year, I’m reminded just how much joy the holidays can bring - and also how hard they can be for so many. I know this year especially, finances are tight for a lot of families. But I can’t shake the thought of the kids who don’t get to wake up to the same kind of magic most of us remember.

I know Christmas isn’t about the presents. It’s about love, family, and togetherness. But for a child… sometimes, it really is about the presents. That feeling of excitement, of being seen, of knowing someone thought of them. And they DESERVE to feel that.

That’s why I’m doing an Angel Tree again this year - our SIXTH year of coming together to make sure every single child on that tree gets to feel the joy and wonder of Christmas morning — no worries, no sadness, just the pure happiness of being a kid.

If you’re able to help, even a little, it truly makes a difference. Every small act of kindness adds up to something bigger — something that reminds these kids they’re loved, they matter, and that their community cares. ❤️

**If you want to choose a specific angel, photos of available Angels to follow soon but I wanted to get this out there sooner than later**

There are THREE ways you can help out a child in need this year:

1) Comment “My Angel” in one (or more!) of the photos in this post. Go out and buy the listed gifts on the tag, and drop it off UNWRAPPED at Amped Mortgage, 1051 E Horvath Dr Suite 102. Make sure to drop off the gifts no later than December 8th.

2) You can Venmo $50 (per Angel) with the comment “Angel Tree” and I will go buy the gifts for the child on a tag! We will tag you in an Angel photo below so you know which Angel(s) is yours. Please know we will make sure to spend every penny of the $50 on the child.
