Myth: brokers have great rates but they canā€™t close quickly.

Truth: I talked to a client on Monday the 17th for the first time. They are clear to close today on the 26th. Thatā€™s 7.5 business days from very first phone call to clear to close.

WHO you work with matters far more than WHERE they work.
