Congratulations to our newest !

This client was struggling with another lender who was unable to complete the transaction about halfway into the process. We stepped in, got her a great deal, and closed on time (which was less than 20-day turn around on our end!), all while making sure she didn’t have to stress!

Super excited for these clients! These two came to us looking for the best deal they could find, and we delivered! We also helped walk them through the process thoroughly including all the costs that are associated with buying a home. We wanted to get them into their new home as quickly as possible and with as little fees as possible, and we did just that!

Yep, you heard that right: I used to be a Cat Meme Professional!

If you ask anyone in the mortgage industry, I am sure that they would have a similar story to mine-- well, without the cat memes, probably! I never planned to get onto this career path, but I am so glad that I did! Our industry is filled with unconventional paths to success, but full of success nonetheless!

These two business partners wanted to team up and buy an investment property, and we helped them find the best possible financing. A DSCR product is a great way to build an investment portfolio by using the income potential of the home for qualifying, which is what ended up being the right fit for these two. Congratulations to my borrowers on the purchase of this fantastic fixer-upper!

These folks were a testament to what you can achieve with a good team. They found a fixer in a great neighborhood and had a vision. The home had been in a fire and the structure was sound, but it needed a near-total renovation. The always-awesome LaBauve Group, led by Adrienne LaBauve, Real Estate Agent, got them an amazing deal, and then helped organize contractors to execute the renovation.

We used renovation financing to allow the borrowers to put down just 5%, and once the reno is completed, they will have a fantastic, high-value home in a fantastic neighborhood!
