Congratulations to my borrowers on the purchase of this fantastic fixer-upper!

These folks were a testament to what you can achieve with a good team. They found a fixer in a great neighborhood and had a vision. The home had been in a fire and the structure was sound, but it needed a near-total renovation. The always-awesome LaBauve Group, led by Adrienne LaBauve, Real Estate Agent, got them an amazing deal, and then helped organize contractors to execute the renovation.

We used renovation financing to allow the borrowers to put down just 5%, and once the reno is completed, they will have a fantastic, high-value home in a fantastic neighborhood!

This couple was on the hunt for a while! Our team helped them analyze numbers on several homes until they found the ONE! Once under contract, their excellent realtor negotiated an excellent deal for them (shoutout Nestpdx Group- Justin Revilla with Opt Real Estate 😉).

We reviewed a few options before settling on a structure that worked for them, and reduced their rate well below the market!

When tells you we can close your loan in 21 days or less, we mean it! When things get competitive, like they did for this buyer, I work extra closely with my borrowers to make sure that every aspect of their loan is personally handled, that they are informed every step of the way, and that they are confident in my abilities as their loan officer. It was great working with this client, and we were able to secure him his dream home AND in under 20 days!

On this purchase, my client was upfront: she wanted to spend the least possible amount out of pocket. So, we did everything that we could to make that happen for her! We got a nice seller credit and some concessions to ensure that these folks got exactly what they were looking for with the best deal and service we possibly could! Top-notch service is one thing, but you have to combine it with good competitive products, which we were able to do.

It was fantastic working with these two, and I am honored by their trust in me and Team CMG to help them purchase their first home!

Where there's a will, there's a way!

When these clients found this awesome and unique home, we knew it wasn't going to be a "traditional" financing journey. But, that didn't scare us off! We solved a couple of problems that popped up along the way, and these borrowers ended up closing on their dream home 🥳🏡 Congratulations and welcome home to these two!

Welcome home to this ! When my client came to me and said she wanted something that she could fix up, but that was livable as is, and that we could finance, I was all-in on helping her find the perfect property, and, we did it! This home is the exact right mix of potential and charm, and I can't wait to see what she does with it. Sometimes it takes a while to find the winner, but I was more than happy to help search far and wide, and, at the end of the day, it was all worth it come closing! 🤩🏡🔑
