After attending Point Loma Nazarene University, Jeff started his career at the Mutual of Omaha Companies, Jeff specialized in employee benefits and Executive Benefit plans. After establishing an alliance part

nership with a national payroll provider, Jeff began developing and marketing Section 125 employer sponsored plans with packaged benefits for insurance and spending accounts. Jeff then developed "Payroll Integrated Workers Compensation". A literal pay as you go platform which calculates and collects workers compensation insurance premiums every payday. This provided exact calculations and remittances with out the worries of misreporting and large year end audit bills. Jeff Started CBIS in the early 80's to fill a need for most business owners. We developed automated processes for benefit enrollments, communication to the employees, and importable files to populate all payroll deductions. Today, Our Specialists utilize over thirty five years of experience to provide our clients the most cost effective plan design possible.
