This one was months in the making! We worked closely with to help her client purchase his new home in Oakmont, Santa Rosa. This deal required patience, strategy, and teamwork as our borrower and his ex navigated splitting their current residence.

After getting into contract at the end of 2024, we waited for the refinance of the departing residence so our client could use the proceeds for his new home.
