As one of Sun Pacific Mortgage & Real Estate’s Founders passed away (the Dad) and the other Founder is now retiring (the Mom), and with the financial industry having major changes to it, we (Ken & Ari) have decided to make a fresh start - creating our own legacy. dreds of real estate and mortgage transactions under their belt, and are excited to announce the launch of a new company “Pacific Direct Mortgage”! Through this new company, they will be offering Private Money programs, including direct financing options, allowing them to streamline the loan approval process for an even faster service for buyers and borrowers! They look forward to doing business with each of you. CA Department of Real Estate & NMLS licensed Broker, Ken Walker and his wife, Ari Walker who is also a licensed Real Estate agent with the CA Dept of RE and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, are Co-Owners of this new company. We are a family owned and operated, local Sonoma County business. We started in January of 1988 and primarily serviced Northern California but since 2010 are widely serving the state of California with our alternative financing, also known as hard money and private money loans.

We are licensed for the state of California and are members of the (BRE) CA Bureau of Realtors Association and the (NMLS) Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System. CA DRE license #01464899 and NMLS #360993

We formed this company with the ideal of helping people get quality real estate financing and helping those who were turned down elsewhere. Our purpose has always been to educate Borrowers and Buyers so they can make informed decisions.
