I had the opportunity to attend an event with California State Treasurer Fiona Ma and local leaders to learn more about the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of housing in California.

We talked about the housing shortage, mortgage bond allocations, transfer tax proposals and what these changes could mean for future homeowners.

As a Loan Officer, I believe my job goes beyond helping with a mortgage. It’s also about staying informed, advocating for my clients and understanding the bigger picture that can impact their path to homeownership.

Entiendo que comprar casa puede dar miedo y que muchas veces pensamos: “mejor espero un poco más”.

Pero mientras esperamos, el tiempo pasa, seguimos pagando renta y las condiciones del mercado pueden cambiar.

No se trata de tomar una decisión apresurada. Se trata de conocer tus opciones y saber dónde estás parado hoy👌.

Algo que he aprendido después de acompañar a tantas personas en el proceso de comprar casa es que muchas veces el primer obstáculo no es el crédito… es pensar que todavía no estamos listos☝️

No tienes que llegar con todas las respuestas. Puedes empezar haciendo preguntas, conociendo tu situación y entendiendo qué opciones existen para ti.

A veces, una simple conversación puede cambiar por completo la forma en que ves tu posibilidad de tener casa propia🙆
