This one was a second home for the seller that had started falling behind on repairs. Rather than keep putting time and money into a property he didn’t really want to renovate himself, he gave us a call to see what a cash offer would look like.

This seller had inherited the home along with another heir, and both of them lived out of state. They weren’t looking to deal with a long, complicated process. They wanted something fair, simple, and handled by someone they felt they could trust.

The property does need some work, so once we close we’ll renovate it, get it cleaned up, and turn it into another rental here in Roanoke.

This one came to us through a referral. The sellers had inherited the property, it was sitting vacant, and they were looking for a simple cash sale with a buyer they felt confident would actually make it to the closing table.

The home had already been fully remodeled within the last few years, so for us this one made a lot of sense as a turnkey rental to add to the portfolio.
