Attention to all Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors...

I've been conducting an audit of all the deals we (Journey Home Buyers) have completed in the last nine years to look for any patterns in the people we have helped.

In my review, I found a great deal of transactions originated from agents who contacted us with sellers who had a distressed property they needed or wanted to sell quickly. In each case the agent really did not want to take the listing as-is but they still wanted to help their client.

Since we specialize in properties that lack the polish of a retail listing we have turned out to be a solution for both the agent and their seller. The agent gets a commission and the seller is happy getting a check. A win win!
