When you’ve missed out on multiple homes because you’re considering the wants of someone who isn’t financially participating in the purchase… 👀 Consider the opinions, but prioritize the person making the investment. 🏡

Because “we might get married one day” and “we’re buying this house together today” are two very different things. 😂

Self-employed? Your home loan hinges on clean records. Don’t hide income! Show it with receipts, statements, and clear bank activity. Work with a CPA so the paperwork tells the right story.
