needs. As a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer and Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP) I have been originating purchase and refinance loans, as well as reverse mortgages, since 2003. I promise to work closely with you and your Real Estate agent until your loan is complete. I
promise to communicate with you during the loan process so there are no surprises. Once your loan closes, our relationship does not end, as I stay in contact with my clients long after the closing. Rhonda served as a Commissioner on the Virginia Beach Mayor's Commission on Aging for 4 years and is a longtime member of the Virginia Beach Task Force on Aging. She is also a multi-year recipient of the Hampton Roads Magazine Five Star Mortgage Professional Award.
