5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Kristian Ortiz by Dwineshia M - kristian, I just want to first say how incredibly grateful and thankful I am that God placed someone like you in my path during such an important chapter of my life. I truly cannot put into words the amount of gratitude my heart carries.
From the very beginning, you were knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile to help me purchase my first home. You went above and beyond to make sure this deal could close. Just like you always told me from the beginning, “We can’t create things, but we can be inventive with the things we already have.” And that is exactly what you did.
With my unique situation and the way I earn my income, I had been told “no” before, but you were my “YES.” You found a way to make what seemed impossible possible, and I will forever be grateful for that.
You and your entire team were so patient with me, even when this process became frustrating and overwhelming. You took the time to explain things, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. The fact that you were available after hours, worked on weekends, and continued to show up for me meant more than you probably realize.
What means the most to me is knowing that you and your team have assured me that you will still be there for me even after the closing. You don’t meet many people who genuinely care, go the extra mile, and treat your dreams as if they are their own.
kristian, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am incredibly thankful that God allowed our paths to cross and that I had the opportunity to work with you and your amazing team. Because of your dedication, patience, knowledge, and determination, I am now officially a FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNER! 🏡❤️
I will forever remember the role you played in helping me achieve this dream. God is truly the greatest, and I am so grateful He placed you in my corner. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! 🙏🏽❤️🏡
With sincere gratitude,
Thank you for helping make my impossible into my possible.
