I was presented with a contract that needed a 21 day Cleared to Close. I gave them a 5 day CTC. 🖐 The borrower's are happy because they know that underwriting is done.😄 The agents can rest easy.😴 If you are looking for thorough work completed upfront so you don't need to stress then give me a call. ☎️This file is with a First Time Homebuyer, needed an appraisal, did not have straight forward income, was receiving a gift... plus other little things that made it interesting and here we are with a 5 day CTC.🏠
