Rates= UP
Florida sellers: working WITH buyers.

We are seeing seller closing cost Credits on almost every contract, and even sellers willing to do repairs before closing — this is not the market the headlines are describing.

Yes, rates are still in the mid 6’s, but higher rates give buyers more negotiating power because less buyers are in the market.
