Yesterday was a total blast! 🌶️🔥

We had the best time at the annual CoaVAR Chili Cook-Off. Ray Ward and Michael Hosang held down the Atlantic Coast Mortgage booth and decided to mix things up with a crowd-pleasing glizzy chili that definitely stood out. 🌭

If you have been renting for a few years, you have likely wondered what it would look like to redirect that monthly payment toward building equity in a home of your own. The most common misconception I encounter is that homeownership requires a 20% down payment or a flawless credit score. In reality, multiple loan products and down payment assistance programs are designed specifically to make the transition more attainable.
