Amiee transitioned to the mortgage industry in 2013 after spending 8 years as a Realtor in Hampton Roads. She is committed to helping her clients as well as her professional partners through the entire lending process from planning, loan application to closing and beyond. Her main goal is to create lasting relationships by making the mortgage process as stress-free as possible with good communication that is backed by a great selection of loan programs. While Amiee has access to many different loan types, she specializes in renovation financing, VA loans and exclusive jumbo products. In December 2015, Amiee was recognized in National Mortgage Professional Magazine's Top 40 Under 40 Most Influential Mortgage Professionals. Amiee has had the pleasure of helping countless clients fulfill their dream of home ownership and is a Five-Star rated lender on Zillow.com. In her spare time Amiee enjoys the company of her family and anything craft related. She and her husband Earle have three children ages 21, 16 and 13. Her oldest daughter attends TCC and youngest daughter plays travel softball for VA Legacy Elite. Amiee also enjoys volunteering her time with the SMILE, Roc Solid Foundation and other charitable organizations. Amiee and her family attend Liberty Live Church in Greenbrier and believe in giving back to our local community by volunteering and helping those in need.

I have a closing day story for you because THIS is why who you work with matters!

My client is closing on her new home in NC today, and yesterday we discovered an issue with her homeowners insurance.

A simple date correction somehow took her premium from $1,898 to $3,958!!! That would have increased her payment by over $173/month.

I called her and said, “Do you trust me? Because there is NO WAY your insurance should be that high.”

At 7 PM last night, Kelly Mangan and Brook Williams with Goosehead Insurance jumped in and got her BETTER coverage for $1,877!

Then this morning my amazing closer Rodney Brown at Atlantic Coast Mortgage had to redo and resend the entire closing package. No complaining. No panic. Just got it DONE so she could still close at 10 AM.

And the best part?

Instead of bringing money to closing, my client is getting her earnest money BACK plus a maxed out 2 year home warranty!

THIS is what having the right people in your corner looks like.

What a FUN day celebrating at Val & Micah Lee’s Day of the Dead Fall Festival! 💀🌼🧡

They absolutely knocked it out of the park with this event — the decorations, the food, the music, the people… everything was so well done! I had the best time hanging out, seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, and of course representing Atlantic Coast Mortgage with enough candy to keep everyone’s kids sugared up for the foreseeable future. 😂

Thank you Val & Micah for putting together such an awesome event and letting me be a part of it! I love getting to support my agent partners outside of just mortgages — especially when they give me an excuse to buy an absurd amount of candy and call it “marketing.” 💀😂
