I think it’s about time I re-introduce you to the person who keeps me from completely losing my mind… Crystal Sawyer.
If you’ve worked with me over the last few years, you’ve probably talked to her, emailed her, or wondered how I seem to have everything together. I’ll let you in on a little secret… it’s because of Crystal.
She joined me in the mortgage world in 2021, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her. She’s my assistant, my right-hand woman, my chaos coordinator, my sounding board, my emotional support person, and the one who somehow keeps all the balls in the air when I’m running in ten different directions.
Before joining Team Carr, Crystal was a real estate agent and also worked for a large local printing company. She’s incredibly creative, has a million great ideas, loves building systems that actually make life easier, and is hands down one of the most organized people I’ve ever met.
She’s also hilarious, has just the right amount of sarcasm, and is one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever know. She keeps me laughing, keeps me on track, and makes sure our clients are always taken care of.
When she’s not keeping me in line, she’s usually crafting something amazing, loving on her sweet pup Maria, enjoying a casino night with her husband Randy, or spending time with her daughter Desiree and her handsome grandson Emerson.
The truth is, you may see my name on everything, but there is so much that happens behind the scenes because of Crystal. She’s the real MVP of Team Carr, and I’m beyond thankful she’s on this journey with me.
