Mortgage horror stories hit different.

The surprise on your credit report.
The buyer who's been waiting for rates to drop for years.
The dream-home wishlist on a starter-home budget.
The "my cousin knows a guy" advice.

Sounds scary.

The good news? Most mortgage problems aren't actually mortgage problems.

They're preparation problems.

A quick conversation early on can save months of frustration, missed opportunities, and last-minute surprises.

Thinking about buying?

Let's talk about your situation, your options, and what it would take to get you there.

No shade to the calculators.

They can estimate numbers, but they can't understand your goals, your concerns, or your unique situation.

Buying a home isn't just a math problem—it's a life decision.

Sometimes the difference between "not ready" and "ready" is a 15-minute conversation with someone who knows the market, the programs, and the path forward.

You might be closer than you think.

DM me the word HUMAN and let's talk. No pressure. Just real answers.

One of the biggest misconceptions in the mortgage process is that all mortgage brokers are the same.

They're not.

Many people choose the first person who answers the phone, the lowest advertised rate, or the broker a friend used years ago.

But when you're making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, it's okay to have standards.

In fact, you should.

Here are a few things I believe every client deserves:

✓ Honest advice, even when it's not the easiest conversation.

✓ Clear explanations so you understand your options—not just the paperwork.

✓ Consistent communication, especially when questions or challenges come up.

✓ A file that's reviewed carefully before it's submitted, not rushed through the process.

My goal has never been to simply get a mortgage approved.

My goal is to help you make confident decisions, understand what you're signing, and feel supported from the first conversation to closing day.

That shouldn't be considered exceptional service.

That should be the standard.

If you're getting ready to buy a home, remember that you're not just choosing a rate.

You're choosing the person who will help guide you through one of the most important financial decisions you'll ever make.

Save this for later or send it to someone who's about to start their home-buying journey.

My thoughts. Literally 24/7.

Not rates.
Not paperwork.
Not loan files.

People.

The family wondering if they're ready.
The first-time buyer who's nervous to start.
The client trying to picture their life in a new home.

I don't just think about getting a loan approved.

I think about getting it right.

Because the best part of this job isn't closing day.

It's knowing I helped someone take the next step toward the life they want.

If you want a mortgage broker who's invested in more than just the transaction, my DMs are open.

If you're a first-time home buyer, there's a good chance you've said at least one of these:

"I should probably wait for rates to come down."

"I need 20% down, right?"

"My friend told me now isn't a good time to buy."

"My cousin bought a house a few years ago and said..."

Sound familiar?

The problem isn't a lack of information.

It's that there's too much of it.

Between social media, online calculators, news headlines, and advice from well-meaning friends and family, it's easy to feel overwhelmed before you've even taken the first step.

That's where I come in.

My job isn't to sell you a mortgage.

My job is to help you understand what homeownership could look like for *you*.

Your income.
Your savings.
Your goals.
Your timeline.

Not generic numbers. Not internet guesses.

Real numbers based on your real situation.

And here's what I've learned after helping many first-time buyers:

Most people are either closer than they think—or just a few simple steps away from being ready.

The biggest breakthrough usually isn't finding the perfect house.

It's finally understanding the path to get there.

If buying a home feels confusing, overwhelming, or out of reach, let's have a conversation.

DM me the word READY and let's look at your options together.

Before you start house hunting, there are a few things I'm probably going to ask you to do.

And I promise—it's not because I'm trying to make the process harder.

You might hear things like:

• Hold off on moving large amounts of money between accounts.
• Check with me before applying for new credit.
• Let me know if you're considering a job change.
• Send over your tax returns and income documents early.

There’s a reason behind every one of these conversations.

My goal isn't just to help you get pre-approved. It's to help you get to the closing table with as few surprises as possible.

The buyers who have the smoothest experience are usually the ones who take a little time to prepare upfront. That preparation helps avoid last-minute documentation requests, unexpected underwriting conditions, and unnecessary stress along the way.

Buying a home is a big milestone, and you shouldn't have to navigate it alone.

My job is to guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you avoid the common mistakes that can slow things down.

A quick conversation today can save a lot of headaches later.

Save this post and send it to someone who's thinking about buying a home this year.

“I’m down for anything.”

The anything:
A same-day rate quote
Running three loan scenarios just to compare
And a surprise clear-to-close before 4pm

I like to have fun… just very specifically.

Because behind the scenes, that “anything” is what gives you clarity.

Seeing how different rates affect your payment
Understanding which loan option actually fits your goals
Knowing where you stand before you make a move

It might not look exciting on the surface —
but it’s what makes the whole process feel a lot less stressful.

If you want someone who’s going to run the numbers and keep things simple,
I’m your person 🏡

I’m not here to just help you get to closing.

I’m here to help make the entire process feel more understandable, manageable, and a lot less stressful along the way.

Buying a home comes with a lot of moving parts — timelines, paperwork, numbers, decisions — and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed when you’re trying to figure it all out on your own.

That’s why my goal is to help you:
understand what your options are,
feel prepared before making big decisions,
and have someone in your corner from start to finish. 🏡

You should never feel rushed or confused during a major financial decision like this.

You deserve a process where you feel informed, supported, and confident in every step you’re taking.

If homeownership has been on your mind lately, I’m always happy to walk through what the process could look like for you.

Born to help you land the dream home.
Also here to make sure the fine print doesn’t surprise you later.

Yes, we’ll get excited about the house.
But we’re also going to talk through the details that actually matter long-term.

Things like reserves and what they say about the community’s financial health
Rules that could affect how you live day-to-day
And yes… where you can (and can’t) park

Because the goal isn’t just getting you into a home —
it’s making sure it fits your lifestyle and your budget.

We’ll look at the numbers, your financing options,
and how everything works together before you commit.

Clear, simple, and no surprises.

That way when you get the keys,
you feel confident about the decision — not just excited about it 🏡

This… and the sun finally setting after 7pm again.

Longer days, more light — and suddenly, things feel a little more possible.

Windows open.
Evenings stretch a little further.
And people start thinking differently about what comes next.

Spring has a way of doing that.
It shifts your perspective — from “maybe someday” to “why not now?”

And if buying a home has been on your mind,
this is usually where the questions start.

What can I realistically afford?
What would my monthly payment look like?
Which loan options actually fit my situation?

You don’t have to figure it out alone — or all at once.

I’m here to help you understand the numbers, your options,
and what moving forward could look like for you.

Simple. Clear. At your pace 🏡
