Flip Houses with NO Money? YES! They did it!

You do not need to be rich to get started in fix and flip.

Good news for condo buyers 👏

NEXA recently rolled out direct access to Condo Project Manager (CPM), which allows us to check condo project eligibility much earlier in the process.

That means we can now verify upfront:

• Whether the condo project is approved
• Which loan programs may work (Conventional, FHA, VA, etc.)
• Expiration dates on approvals
• Potential red flags before they become major issues

This is a big deal because condo financing can sometimes get complicated late in the transaction after buyers have already paid for appraisals, locked rates, and gotten emotionally invested in the property.

Having access to this information earlier helps avoid surprises, delays, and unnecessary costs. It also gives us more time to explore alternative financing options if needed.

When buying a condo, both the buyer AND the property have to qualify so having better tools upfront can make the process much smoother from the start.

But the idea itself is actually pretty simple:

- Buy a property
- Renovate it
- Add value
- Sell for a profit

Where things really matter is *how you structure the deal*.

That includes:

- Buying at the right price
- Planning your renovation wisely
- And having the right financing in place
